Delivery Policy
Delivery Method:
All orders are delivered directly to students in their classrooms on Fridays. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM to be eligible for Friday delivery.
Pickup Option:
In special cases, items may be picked up by a parent/guardian if arranged 24 hours in advance.
💸 Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our store being run by the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), all sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected—such as parent names, email addresses, or student classroom details—is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
